The plant was placed here to address the problem that the region’s contractors often experienced of having to choose between a concrete supplier in
Durban or the Lower South Coast - both of which increase delivery costs and can prove inconvenient to busy building schedules.

The NPC Park Rynie plant also has pumping facilities available which have proven themselves very advantageous in both major and minor construction projects in the region.
