Securing operators with good basic skills is important so NPC Technical Trainer Vassie Govender (right) also assists with driver hiring.

To promote the skills transfer process we employ our own technical trainer. Training plays an important role at NPC for several reasons. Skilful drivers are needed for our product delivery trucks as well as the ready-mix batching plants. Employment equity initiatives within our operations are also supported by the skills transfer process.
